4 Planning Meetings - 1 hour 12 Hours Day of Orchestrate ceremony rehearsal - 1 hour: Distribute and review timeline with the wedding party and practice ceremony entrance. Creating the wedding day master plan: Develop and manage wedding day check list, production schedule, and timeline (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception). Coordinating the details and logistics with your venue and vendors: Ceremony and reception site walk through, review vendor contracts, coordinate logistics with you venue and vendors, distribute final wedding timeline and production schedule, as well as final vendor confirmations. Coordinating and executing your wedding day: Oversee set up, coordinate, and execute the flow of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Oversee all vendor commitments. Keeping the bride and groom stress free by acting as a buffer for any issues that arise.
